Christ Centered Retreat Weekends

     With established partnerships with Christian owned and operated campgrounds in Virginia, South Carolina, and Tennessee, Campers Care provides weekend Christ centered getaways to members of the law enforcement community, school teachers, pastors, active duty military, and veterans.  

     In 2020 alone over 170 law enforcement officers took their own lives. It was further reported suicide rates among Veterans continue to increase at an alarming  rate of 25% each year. 

     Being called by God into ministry can be a challenging time not only for the one called, but also for their family. Pastors are often faced with many obstacles. Today those obstacles are compounded by a pandemic. Pastors and Church leaders are faced with protecting their congregation from COVID-19. Many Pastors now record sermons or messages onto social media for those members of the church who elect to worship remotely. Many Pastors find themselves conducting more funerals in a months time than in an entire year Pre-COVID. Data shows last year 29% of those called to the ministry have or were considering throwing in the towel. Our Pastor's are People Too.

     The retreats offered by Campers Care, provides the individual and their family the opportunity to relax, reconnect, and rededicate their lives to Christ  in a non-confrontational way. God just shows up!
